It boasts awesome ocean and mountain views directly over the building in front of it (which buffers it from much of the beach noise), and sweeping west-facing dramatic views of all of Banderas Bay. The sunsets are amazing, as is the view from two private balconies.
It is also a corner unit with great city night views from all rooms. There is a lushly landscaped patio with extra large sliding glass doors which open to the sea. There are constant breezes, great cross ventilation and the sound/lull of the waves crashing on the beach nearby.
